Social Media & Customer Support Specialist
We are looking for motivated customer support and social media specialist. SociumTrade aims to consistently deliver educational, engaging, and exciting experience to all of our current and future customers. You’ll have to understand the customer journey with an ability to quickly articulate the major customer problems/concerns and actively brainstorm ways to solve these challenges.
- Liaise with Marketing colleagues to develop compelling, creative social media assets which support global campaigns
- Responsible for daily content writing, community management, and posting daily content across multiple resort channels/platforms.
- Lead efforts to engage followers and establish community of SociumTrade influencers on key platforms
- Educate and excite users/followers by answering their questions and providing a tailored experience based upon their interests.
- Help develop website landing pages that support social media efforts and contribute to special digital projects
- Responsible for executing all aspects of social media, inclusive of creative requests and scheduling of posts.
- Provide customer service through emails and social media channels.
- Educate users by answering questions and providing a tailored experience based upon their interests.
- Be familiar with core social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Github, reddit, BitcoinTalk, Telegram etc.)
- Must be familiar and worked with social media monitoring platforms (e.g. Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Drip etc.)
- Have previous experience with creating and executing paid social media campaigns.
- Facilitate gathering of social media data and preparation of reporting.
- Must have strong writing and communication skills, and able to manage project queues with aggressive deadlines.
- Fluent English
